2. ORDERS & DELIVERY 

The general delivery time for our products takes about  5- 14 working days. Please notice that these dates can vary by public holidays, strikes, or other events. We will not be responsible for delay in your orders.  Our package delivery by sendclouds and their official prices.  

We provide no payments with creditcard but we do have offline bank transfer.  With offline payments we kindly ask to pay as soon as possible. We are not able to hold your order before we received the payment. After placing the order you will get updated by email as soon as the items have been shipped.  If you are not +18 please make sure your parents are aware of your online shopping & use of their card.

3. PRODUCT RETURNS

We would be sad to hear you may not be completely satisfied with your products, but off course, this could happen on all times. Therefore, it's possible to return your items. Beware: items have to be returned to the following address within 14 working days. After you have received the items, you are able to open the package & check the items, however by returning items they must be unused & in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted on sale items & due hygienic reasons we're not able to retake lingerie & swimwear. By returning items, we kindly ask to fill in the return form so our team is up to date. If necessary please return your items to

After we received your items in good condition you will receive an e-voucher within 30 days with the total amount for a new order on our website. You are free to use this amount on all items through the whole website. How can you use your discount vouchers? Enter your code into the “PROMO CODE” box at the checkout page. The remaining balance will stay on your gift card. Returning items is not free, costs for shipment will be for your own.
